Hypoallergenic. Vacuum only. Warm water and soap spot clean. Allow to dry naturally . No cleaners or chemicals to be used. Each rug will vary slightly as natural thus please expect this. Made in Brazil.

Due to each cowhide rug being a natural product, and not man-made, rugs do vary in pattern, shape, and colour slightly. This is to be expected. The photo shown here is a guide to the colour category you are selecting.All our rugs are of top quality and do not have ugly branding or sewn patches. Differences in colour markings or slight discolourations on each rug are natural and not to be thought of as a fault. On rugs that are lighter colour particularly near the hindlegs, some thinning may be visible as this is a naturally thinner area of a cow and not deemed a fault, as is a natural occurance. Our rugs won't have holes, tears, ugly patches or similar, and are top quality.

After buying another rug online from a different supplier and sending it back as it was not even close to what I wanted. I came across cowhide rugs online. I purchased the photo service which is such a great idea. I was sent options that were in stock. I even received follow up emails as it had been a couple of days after receiving the images before I had a chance to reply. The rug itself is so gorgeous and soft and such beautiful markings and colour. the photo from the photo service was spot on!

Perfect in every way...I am truly happy about this product. It's really functional as a rug and does not slip around on my hardwood floor. It stays perfectly in place.

Zoe and the warehouse team delivered the most beautiful speckled grey rug to our home. They diligently conferred with me about our decor and deliberately sort a rug that would work offering me options. They really went above and beyond in terms of service and as a result we have the perfect, very high quality cowhide. It is the most beautiful color and texture and we are terribly grateful for their assistance.
