Unsure about purchasing without seeing a photo of the actual rug you will be sent? Please consider our "Photo Service Package".
For a small fee you will receive a few photos of different hides of your one particular colour choice from which you may choose the one you would like to recieve,
As all the products we sell on our webstore are the highest quality Brazilian hides at the lowest possible price for our customers (Brazilian hides are the most supple, least marked hides in the world and have little or no scent), we don't have the ability to offer photo service for every order, whilst keeping prices low. We therefore introduced a Photo Service fee for rugs only. If you require seeing a photo of actual rug you will receive, we suggest adding the photo service to your order before checking out and you will be sent actual photos of the rug you will receive.
You will find similar or inferior quality hides to the ones we sell in stores retailing from $500-1000!
To make use of this service please do the following:
1.) Add this product to your cart and proceed through the checkout process
2.) Fill out the comments section whilst checking out with the particular details of your photo request (rug color category (CHOOSE ONE ONLY)/size (EG. LARGE), and any extra comments you may have)
3.) Pay the photo service fee via paypal or credit card on our site.
The not so fine print:
Due to the time taken to select, photograph and email photos, it may be 24 to 72 hours from placing your order with us, but we will try and send as soon as possible. Please note we can only provide photos of one color of hide per photo fee, if you are after photos of multiple types please purchase the relavant number of Photo Service Packages. Please note, as the selection/photograph service takes time, in busier periods it may be longer than 72 hours, but hopefully between 24 to 72 hours for you to first receive pics from our customer service team on email.
All cowhide rugs are natural - and as such are one of a kind which makes them all unique and full of character. We will aim to locate you a rug you will love based on what you are looking for. The more information (you can email us similar photos or description) you can offer to us for the type of rug you are ideally looking for, the better.
Should you later change your mind to a new colour completely after receiving your first photo request and want photos of another color hide, you will need to purchase a new Photo Service Package.
In the event we listed an item as for sale, but then advise not in stock, or if you do not receive photos we will offer full refund of this Photo Service Package.

We have bought 2 cowhides over a couple of yrs using photo service package. We were very happy with it.
The sale consultants are very friendly and efficient.
Last time we requested extra time to think before making final decision and the sale consultant had kindly kept the cowhide for us.
The cowhides are off very good quality.
Will definitely recommend cowhiderugsonline.

What a great idea! Customers get to see actual rugs and choose the exact rug they want. My rug arrived, even more beautiful than I had expected. I love it.

Definately do this - the rugs were the same colours as described but one had the more spotted look which I wanted. Well worth the $ to get exactly the patten you want

The photo service was worth it to be able to choose the best cowhide. The cowhide is beautiful and very good quality.

Great idea. Big investment to order a tri colour rug without seeing it.. such a variety in colour and I used this too choose the one which matched my home the best.

For just $19.95 it is money well spent. I used the photo service and I'm so glad I did I knew exactly what I was getting and the customer service is 5 star.

It's really great this service ! Beforehand you see the real images of the products that you are going to get and you once you order you receive exactly what you had chosen! No surprises!!!! Very well thought! I wish all the online stores offered a service like this one

I was pleased to be offered this service when buying a unique rug. We received four photos (2 different rugs) so we have the rug we were after.
